Who we are
TaxScene is a newsletter produced and issued by TaxScene Pty Ltd. Its editor is Andrew Orange.
Andrew has worked as a tax consultant with a boutique tax advisory firm for the past 20 years, having previously practised as a solicitor in property/commercial law.
His interest in tax developed in conjunction with completing a commerce degree, while working as a solicitor. It was further pursued in post graduate studies in tax and law, during part of which period he lectured in tax at the University of Queensland Law School and in part while engaged in tax consulting.
He holds a Masters of Law from the University of Queensland and Masters of Taxation from UNSW.
Andrew has been a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia since 1993 and is a Chartered Tax Advisor.
